Hi Guys, this might be a dumb question but what is the fastest way to gain Petty Officer rank with the federation ( to obtain sol permit ) ?
Any tips, any system where it's easier to rank up?

    I did a bit of trading in Eravate and a couple of missions there for the Feds. Suddenly I got a mission granting me the Sol permit.

Just spent 90 minutes in Robigo doing Tourism Passenger Missions. About 100mil. earned. Went from 41% Pioneer to 62%. Didn't want to post on a more public forum.
