Made it to Prieluia LH-D d12-142 today. I may try to do a little more tonight though. Saw a few nice things along the way including my 5th water world, and a gas giant with life!
Max Acceleration I don't know. But it is helping. But then again, is it advisable to steer a multi-million credit spacecraft near those great balls of fire under the influence, 8000 lightyears from home? ;-)
It really is funny how we're on the same trip but we're finding totally different things. I've found dozens of gas giants with water- and ammonia-based life (including a binary pair with one of each - expect an interplanetary war in a billion years or so) but I still haven't seen a single water giant.
James Dominguez I know. I've only found 3 ammonia worlds and no ELWs. It's kind of a mixed batch out here. Sounds like each of us have some unique finds and then lots of overlap. Guess we will each have our own story to tell of the trip. We'll have to make sure we all meet up at the same time at the next big waypoint.
Jump! Jump! Jump! your Asp Across the galaxyyyy! Verily, verily, verily, verily, You'll never feel so free! 30 jumps from the Cat's Paw Nebula, then I'm hanging a right all the way down the spiral arm to Beagle Point, before swinging back to the Bubble via Colonia. If this doesn't make Aemon Roche (10% Pioneer) Explorer Elite, nothing will!
UNCHARTED SWIRLY THING ALERT!!! Nice to know that there are still untagged neutron stars out there. There's a black hole 4 jumps away. Will be interesting to see if that is unclaimed, too.
For those who want their name added to the Sagittarius A* visitor's list ( https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=159651 ): Remember to take a screenshot showing your right-hand screen, as it contains your Cmdr name, with the black hole in view. https://forums.frontier.co.uk/showthread.php?t=159651
The water world I found was like yours Dennis Wronka. No features at all. Just a drop of water in space.
ReplyDeleteI'm not gonna be making any progress tonight. Just came home and have a really bad toothache. :-(
ReplyDeleteDennis Wronka I know what that is like. Ouch! Hope it's better!
ReplyDeleteMax Acceleration Opened the Ouzo, lacking regular pain killers. ;-)
ReplyDeleteDennis Wronka I truly believe that hard liquor was invented because of tooth aches.

ReplyDeleteDennis Wronka Lol, got that right. It's tricky under normal circumstances!

ReplyDeleteIf all else fails, I'll see you at the Great Annihilator. ;)
ReplyDeleteJames Dominguez I wouldn't miss visiting the Great Annihilator. I'll make that stop for sure.
