Stopped for the night around 150 ly from the Trifid Nebula. Lots of white stars around. May jump around a bit tomorrow to see if there's any giants.

My HOTAS arrived!
ReplyDeleteThat can mean any of the following points:
1. I won't get to play much because I spend the whole night setting things up and trying things out.
2. I will get to sleep extremely late as I'll be having way too much fun with the HOTAS and play the rest of the night after finishing point 1.
3. I will somehow f&!~ up and use my HOTAS to ram my Cobra into a star.
In an attempt to avoid point 3 I am planning to do point 1 in the tutorials.
That's what I did too when I added the X52. I ran the tutorials to test it. Good thing I did too. Found some issues I had to fix prior to using it in the actual game.
