    I need to read up on how to deal with BH / NS systems.  Haven't encountered one yet.

    Neutrons are more dangerous to crash into than Black Holes, by far.
    And I also recommend visiting the Great Annihilator. You can go all the way to the Body Exclusion Zone on that one.
