Inspired by Max Acceleration's post I present my current Captain's Log stats. I started at around the same time and distance into this trip as he did.
These stats cover 447 jumps.

    I haven't differentiated my HMCs. I log the terraformable ones as just HMCs. I'm lazy.

    I should start scanning more stars, so that I can try to see if there's a connection between star type and likelyhood to find a certain type of planet.

    My problem was in the beginning I didn't pay attention that some HMCs were terraformable so I miss logged them. I suppose I should at least log them properly now that I know. I'll try to correct my lax ways, lol.

The Cats Paw nebula is a wonder to behold. Cool red gas in nearly every direction. We had to fly a long way out from the class A star in the system to see it clearly. Those class A's are bright and wash out the nebula if you stay too close. I really enjoyed winging up with my friend Dennis Wronka in his flame skinned Cobra for some great discussion and a photo OP. We're taking this trip very seriously and setting goals together and meeting up periodically to share tales, chat about ED and take some cool photos. Our next target is NGC6357 over 8K light years from SOL. Piece of cake.

CMDR Senan Torr is still struggling to make it back to Colonia.

CMDR Senan Torr is still struggling to make it back to Colonia. He is just over 10K from Colonia and 31K from LTT 4961 (his ultimate destination for DW2 prep). Lots to see out there though and I've made some amazing discoveries! Even found a ringed water world and an ringed HMC that fooled me into thinking it might be an ELW. I've tagged lots and lots of WW and a good number of non-ringed ELWs. Everyday holds new discoveries!
